Indiana University has announced Malcolm Moran as the new director of the National Sports Journalism Center in Indianapolis. I finished my Master's in sports journalism here back in December and am so happy with this decision. The NSJC will truly value Malcolm's leadership. Welcome!

Happy for Malcolm. Glad he's out of the State of Sandusky.

Then you're clueless about your profession.

Is there a backstory to him leaving PSU? Not wanting association with the Paterno class he used to lead? (I ask mostly because the Paterno Professor Of Literature just authored a long, long piece about why he resigned his post.)

Pretty sure it was Mike Poorman, not Moran, who taught the Paterno class, unless there was another one being offered.
