Scorched, as will be the very Earth we inhabit if ...

Oh, never mind. I am neither a scientist nor a politician. But I did stay at a Biosphere Express last night.

Boom, well prepared, readies himself to shoot some holes in the notion of global warming. And in Al Gore.

Not to answer for the man, but since i dearly love his afore-mentioned butt, it appeared in yesterday's New York Times.

    His butt, or the story?

    Perhaps both, you never know.

Until further notice, however, I meant the story.

See, but there are legitimate people who disagree with the "serious problem" part. That's the exaggeration. We don't know half as much as we don't know. Yet there people like Gore who have come to drastic conclusions loaded with hyperbole. I got the sense that the scientists in this story wanted to say it's hyperbole, but they were tempering their remarks because they don't want to feed the people denying that there is a trend.

I don't want to retype stuff I've typed on other threads... Here is something I posted to a different thread... I think it's kind of in line with the link that started this thread:

Maybe it was Jones whose butt was in the paper? I have heard there are journalists with photos of it.

  9. "Noted"?
    Not really?
    "Experts"?
    Not many of them.
Debunk-a-rama on this Times piece, all over the web, but actual climatologists, too.

I'm sure Boom's butt already had a hole in it.

    Mine does. :)
