Not so fun copy editing goofs

    Helped the SE copy edit and he didn't use the copy-edited files when doing layout.

    I guess that happens when you rush up against deadline.

    Was there anything glaring in there, or just style stuff that only newsfolk would notice?

    I wouldn't say a team spanked another in girls softball, but that's just me. The other stuff were a mix of typos and style mistakes.

    It was a bad issue throughout, since there were several editing goofs in the main news story that weren't caught.
