If you spend one second with Bubby Brister, you're a better person for it.

He wasn't just a memory. Don't forget about Bill Demery.

    1983
    Jets didn't draft Marino
    Got Ken O'Brien

    Then there's Lee Grosscup
    Played poorly in '62
    For crappy Titans

    And you can't forget
    Richard Todd who made famous
    one A.J. Duhe

Did Marc Wilson or Jay Schroeder ever play for the Jets?

    Well, they sucked too.

No, but Pat Ryan did. And Kotite thought so much of him, he pulled him out of retirement in '91 for a triumphant return with the Eagles on a Monday night against Washington.
    God, Rich Kotite sucked.

Ryan wasn't a bad backup QB with the Jets. He was having a good year in 84 until he got hurt. Then O'Brien came in and messed up that season.

Vinny Testaverde and Ray Lucas are glad they haven't been mentioned.

Though Lucas should have been, long ago.

Rick Mirer and "Touchdown" Tom Tupa feel equally glad.

Chuck Ramsey was actually the Jets' third-string quarterback in the early 80s, despite being a punter. He was like Ray Guy, except, you know, Guy could actually punt.
