Minor breach in etiquette is not holding the door for the person behind you as you leave a building.

I consider it intentional rudeness.

And the guy was shot in the arm, not in his fucking selfish motormouth, so it's hardly fatal consequences.

I don't know if the guy intended to kill him or not. Maybe he just wanted to wound him as he did and yes, it was intentionally rude, but you just can't go around shooting people every time they do something that bothers you.
I'm so sick of people defending these Dirty Harry wannabes as if they're some sort of heroes.
