The 49ers are 1970s bad, but the Seahawks were no great shakes either tonight. They'll likely beat Dallas to get to .500, but they'll be hard-pressed to catch the Cardinals, and it wouldn't surprise me to see them miss the playoffs.

Boy, am I glad ole Jed decided it was better to "win with class" and can Harbaugh than to actually, you know, win.

How long before Baalke loses his job or will Tomsula be the sacrificial lamb?

The sad truth for 49ers fans is that a) York HAS to stick with Baalke for at least one more year b) Baalke HAS to stick with Tomsula to justify the Harbaugh move. And Tomsula's eked out two wins already and will probably get a couple more. This is purely on the roster. Baalke was so distracted by the Harbaugh stuff, he took his eye off the roster.

Unbelievable and sad. To think the 2013 49ers nearly got to the Super Bowl.

I missed most of the game, but did catch the highlights and postgame coverage. The Seahawks definitely can't say they are back yet. Win like that over Dallas and then maybe we can talk.
One of the questions last night was to Bennett, about if he felt the same vibe with the win as he did last year when the Seahawks got on their hot streak. WTF? After being a crappy 49ers team?

The Seahawks' defense has looked great against Jimmy Claussen and Colin Kaepernick. Had it not been for a blown call against the Lions, it would have blown fourth-quarter leads in every other game.
