Maybe they'll give up their 2018 first- and fourth-round pick for Ryan Mathews.

The Eagles rebuilding outlook gets that much brighter.

They better whip Matt Asiata into shape or sign Karlos Williams

    So close!

Vikings Place Matt Kalil on IR; Sign RB Ronnie Hillman

By the way, as much as Kalil has bombed, losing him is no small thing either. I can't imagine any of these guys being able to run the ball behind that line when Peterson couldn't get anything going. Maybe they get some use out of McKinnon in the passing game.

Has the NFL moved the Houston-New England game to Sunday and put it on ESPN yet? Otherwise, how will we know what happens?

  8. Jimmy Garoppolo will not dress tonight.
Pats playing with one QB and Edelman.

I have to think the gameplan includes a few plays where Edelman lines up under center.

Oh, I'll be disappointed in Belichick if there aren't.

I would like to see the plan beyond Edelman. Gronk bulldozer on every play?

I bet they could make it work.

I don't wish ill will on anyone, but I am rooting so hard for Jacoby Brissett to pull his hamstring or badly sprain his ankle on the second play from scrimmage just to see what the Pats do.
