NFL Films music on Spongebob

Has anyone else noticed that the Spongebob Squarepants cartoons frequently use music from NFL Films? (Note: I have a 15-month-old at home.) The "drunken sailor" music is to be expected, but it's pretty funny, I think, that some of the other stuff gets in there.

Not that there's anything wrong with that...

I watched Spongebob before I had kids, and I watch it with them now, too.

Show's some funny shit ... especially Plankton.

Spongebob has filled the Animaniac's void in that it's a sophomoric kiddie cartoon that still is clever enough for adults to find funny.

While clever, no it hasn't. Nothing can replace Pinky and the Brain.
We'll quote pinky here, but where has anyone quotes Spongebob

Maybe not, but I'll be damned if Mr. Crabs coulnd't become a publisher of a newspaper if his Krusty Krab business falls through.

Among the joys of having young kids is the joy of having discovered SpongeBob. The show is funny as hell.

On a related note, I see where the MVC's gonna kick the Sycamores out of the league for getting swept by the Purple Aces.

This is pretty much a low point for the program, no?

  11. No way ... Mr. Crabs often stops, gets introspective, feels guilty, and changes course after he realizes he's screwed someone over.

'Cept for the time he took Spongebob and Squidward clam fishing as a "thank you," then made them fish for their own survival after a Giant Clam ate his one-millionth dollar.

Never once heard that tight-fisted crustacean apologize for that bullshit.
