Will NFL, with a team headed to Las Vegas, punish players for arm wrestling tourney in Vegas?

'This should be fun. The NFL is investigating the involvement of a group of its players in an arm wrestling tournament held April 5-9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. A league official has already stated that they violated the league's gambling policy, presumably because it was held in a casino.

Roger Goodell's dear friend James Harrison is one of the players. Harrison posted pictures from the tournament on Instagram while it was going on, but apparently the NFL decided to wait until the thing was over to say there was an issue. Anybody here buy that the NFL doesn't have somebody checking Harrison's Instagram most likely isn't familiar with his history with Goodell.

It should be fun to watch the league that just approved a team in Las Vegas punish players for participating in an event held in a casino. I have no doubt they will do it. I'm just curious to see if it will be a significant penalty.

Gruden's show where he talks with the top draftable QBs is pretty entertaining.

Gruden: "Very few people can design airplanes ... why are you here?"

Dobbs: "I've played football since I was 5."

After the Romo debacle, I would think anyone would be hesitant about reporting something as a "done deal."
