So is it like OK if I ask Derek Jeter out while I'm interviewing him in the locker room?

Resume question:
A few years back, I was part of a tour group that walked through our nearby Metro.
How would that entry appear on your resume? Is that "Work Experience" or can I just list them as a "Reference?"
