Did anyone ever take over for Tom Jolly, who was moved to night editor of the newspaper?

Joe Sexton, who was the Metro editor, is running the department. Not sure if it's interim.

Good move that Joe has been recognized. One of the funniest guys in the business who knows his shit.

Mr. Sexton's credibility will not be validated until Mizzou confirms that he also knows him

Sexton was ticketed to be short-timer who was waiting on a foreign assignment. That might have changed. I know reporters there who bitched about Jolly being a mindless, small-timer from the first week he took the job. Lots of nodding "yes" to higher-ups. He decimated sports dept. Now I hear he baby sits the 'net until 4 AM.

Can anyone confirmed whether Tom Jolly shaved anything vis a vis John Saraceno? I'll hang up and listen, thanks.

Did he reduce it by exactly 1/10th?
