New game: Sports writer trivia

21, hope the confirmation of the correct answer to my question was fast enough...8 minutes.

 

OK, I'll fire one out there.

I am going to sleep in an hour so if it is not answered, I am sorry, but it will wait until morning.

This writer was posthumously inducted into a sports HOF that I am pretty sure 99 percent of us have never played.

To clarify, the HOF is based out of the city they made their career.

When you originally said "at one of the big three sports sites," I was thinking ESPN, Yahoo, Foxsports. I'm not sure how many people would list the latter two as "big three," no offense to those who work there.
