Part of me - part - respects this because Jones is essentially saying, "We fucking knew and we don't care. It's my team, not yours. Eat a dick." Compare that to the Ravens who said, "we didn't know. We had no idea. We honestly didn't have a clue" right up until the point we found out they knew.

 

Jerry and Stephen said exactly the same thing months ago. They knew everything the NFL knew and didn't care.

 

I don't see how this changes anything. As noted, Jones and the NFL didn't see the photos, but they knew what was in them. The NFL tried to punish Hardy, but it didn't stick, and there's no reason to think this changes anything. And Jones doesn't give a shit that Hardy is a disgusting human being. As long as he produces.

 

Let's not forget that there is a Geeg Hardy on every single one our favourite teams. Pro sports are disgusting.
