Are you ready for Wednesday Night Football?

    Navy-Pitt

Looking forward to finally seeing Brennan live. (Friday night-8 ET-ESPN)

    LSU-Kentucky could be fun.

    Cinci-Louisville will be fun.

    Colorado will assfuck K-State.

I remember when Thursday night football was a big, big deal.

    This is getting silly.

Looks as if 30,000 Pitt fans disguised as empty seats agree with you; 8 p.m. on a Wednesday, a promoter's dream.

Here's the thing.......Thursday Nights on ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU would be HUGE-FREAKIN-MONGOUS if you did a National Juco/D2/D3....game of the week like that.

Seriously....are you going to draw any less viewers by watching Appalachian St/Mount Union than by watching Rece Davis, Lew Holtz, and Mark May eating a fucking sandwich from Primanti's while doing Navy/Pitt?

Didn't Thursday night FB on ESPN start out with I-AA games?

    I believe that is accurate.

If Kentucky couldn't handle South Carolina's defense, there is no WAY it is going to handle LSU's. I dont see the Cats scoring more than 14 points in this one.

Thursday? Wednesday? IIRC, hasn't ESPN done some Tuesday night games too in its past?

I remember at one point last year, they had games on every night.

Now..Boise State trying to capitalize on the Sunday Night stuff.

If they would play teams other than New Mexico St. or someone like that, it might go over.

  12. It was the last time the two teams played in Lexington.
