    Yes, he is.

Still, great move by K-Love. Likely not enough, but a great start.

Shit, man, in 30 days it will be a full-blown American health crisis, and athletes aren't immune. No way in hell any of these leagues are competing again in 30 days. Maybe this fall, but I don't see it happening this spring and summer.

As much as I love sports, this heroism is getting so out of hand. Since the onset of the virus, only 2700 tests were administered in the US in what 6 weeks, and the NBA gets 58 in 6 hours. Why?? Because they're more valuable?? Wrong.

Exactly, why did they get to jump to the front of the line?

This is on Silver and the owners. The players, employees, don’t bare any responsibility for taking care of the clubs’ employees. Except LeBron as seems to believe he is The Game and The Association. EDCD1ADF-5952-4C35-8A45-E02E825FEEF9.jpeg

The Warriors got dragged by an SF Supervisor for only pledging $1m to help gameday staff. Don't know what the timeframe is - but given how little gameday staff (ushers, food workers etc) are paid and since it's mostly a part-time gig 2 or 3 times a week - 16-20 hrs - the $1m should make workers pretty much whole, but still not a good look for the franchise. Lacob spent $27m last year on a house in Malibu. It's embarassing that Zion - a rookie - is willing to cover the lost wages himself though. The owners have already cashed the checks from the TV networks and the season ticket holders, don't know why the league is so lagging.

Considering that the Chinese Basketball Associationis getting ready to restart games and how this season started (Darryl Morey) - an interesting way for the season to "end."
Having a tournament to cap the season might not be a bad thing. Seed every team from one to 30 - first round byes for the top 16, single elimination play-ins for the bottom 14 . Best of three second round. Best of five conference semis. Then best of 7 in the champ finals and Finals.
