    I've gotta agree with TBF on this one. I've seen guys like that at bars. They're annoying as all hell, but there's nothing really that funny about them. Pathetic just isn't that funny.

    Flash, you beat me to it. Hopefully I'm recalling this correctly; if so, that was one of the all-time great lines for one of the all-time great stories uttered (written? posted?) in the history of sportsjournalists.com.
