    You should tie a string to a donut and put it on her porch. Then pull it down the steps when she reaches for it. Then pull it down the sidewalk when she lumbers down the steps. Rinse, repeat.

    Radical as it might seem, have you considered being nice to the battle axe? I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess she doesn't have many friends. And if you don't want her as an enemy, take her a pie or something and try to make peace.

    If that doesn't work, throw acid in her face.
