    JD,
How old is the machine? Could it be that at some point, you clicked on the date to see what it was and then changed the month on the calendar?
I've done it more than once. Why you can't set a restore point, though, is what intrigues me.

Since you're there already, could you wish my mum a happy birthday?

  3. JD, your computer is stupid.

Slappy, I loved the LSU/GMAC Bowl line. Well done.

Can you send me the last three months' lottery numbers?

(Oh, and um...did my rash clear up?)

  6. No.
You're starring in Journeyman, the new hit show from NBC.

Whoa, and I thought I was having an off-morning. This takes the cake.

Johnny, start looking for a new computer...I just asked an IT guy at work and he says your screwed.

No matter where I am, my laptop tells me I'm only 15 minutes from Tahoe...

JD, check the BIOS. The date set there is the date that the OS derives from. You should be able to set it if it is wrong.

Did everyone have a good Dec. 17th today?

Maybe this is a stupid question, for some reason I am overlooking, but does it really matter if your computer doesn't know what day it is? I can't say I've ever depended on my computer to tell me the date.
