    I'm just starting a piece on the value of NCAA Championship's on campus morale and productivity. I thought it would be interesting to add a sports writer's perspective as well.

    Women's hockey. Wisconsin/Minnesota/Minnesota-Duluth all rank high in morale and productivity.
