Maybe car-jacking a high school kid with two older siblings was on his bucket list.

The story makes me believe he'll be fine. He was conscious and joking with the rescue workers. And he was listed in serious condition, which is better than critical. Doesn't sound life-threatening to me.

That being said, prayers still going out.

I don't think I could handle Morgan Freeman dying. He's one of those actors who transcend celebrity — I literally can not fathom that there will be a time, probably soon, when the world doesn't have him or Jack Nicholson or Dustin Hoffman. Weird.

I wonder if Freeman dying would get Tim Russert level coverage.

Freeman is one of those actors who falls into a "beloved" category with the other legends of cinema. I would be pretty upset if he were to pass, especially from something like a car accident.

I would have thought he was older.

    He's 71, but he's been that way since 1992.

Gone Baby Gone was probably my favorite movie of last year.
