Hey guys. I'm an SE at a small paper who's looking into a copy editing/design gig at a 100-150k circulation. What could I expect in the way of salary at this job?

Depends on the paper and whether it's a Guild position.

The location is more important than the experience relative to pay at that size paper. It could be as low as under 30K to 55-60K in an expensive (Honolulu, New York area) market. There might be more if there is some management expected in the position.
