MLB Gameplan on Comcast?

So I'm flipping through channels tonight and discover that we get the MLB Gameplan package (or whatever it's called) with our cable. It was like finding a $20 bill in your pocket, since I had absolutely no idea we got this.
We're on Comcast and have the sports tier, but I know we're not paying extra for this. Anybody know if this is part of the deal with MLB Network, to offer the Gameplan package too?

I am on Comcast. I have the sports tier. I do not have Gameplan working.

I had it for almost all of the 2006 season, a couple of free preview weeks gone horribly right.
