    The Orioles' streak is history.

Not major league, but the Eugene Emeralds could be history. Voters turned down a funding package that would have paid for part of a new stadium mandated by the new rules for MILB teams; Oregon's PK Park doesn't work anymore. So now they have to fill a $15 million hole in funding, or find a new home. There's a former Northwest League short-season stadium that would work in Salem-Keizer, but a douchebag holds a 99-year lease with the city and has no plans to sell it.

Home from the game before 9:30 last night was not a bad thing.

It’s hard for me to think of Paul Skenes as a rookie because his mustache screams midlife crisis.

106 series is nothing to sneeze at. That said, some hard questions are to be had about the Orioles’ inability to score without the long ball. And it’s time to have a discussion about Cedric Mullins, who can’t hit and when he gets on base makes hideous decisions like he did in the 9th today. Long season tho, shake it off, on to not Comiskey.

If Livvy Dunne likes it and tells him to grow it out, he’s doing it.

Yeah, I'm about ready to jump off the "we're only at Game X" wagon. There's no hiding some of these problems. Too many easy innings for opposing pitchers.

It's 2024. With 800 wild cards, there's no worrying about making the playoffs anymore. The Orioles, Yankees, Guardians and Royals (?!) all have four-plus months to iron out their issues.

The first time I saw Skenes, had flashbacks to Ron Jeremy/Dick Rambone-era porn.

First time since Adley was recalled, I believe.

He has the midlife crisis girlfriend. All he needs is a red convertible.
