Say bye to Wil Contreras for a while.

Forearm fracture for the only Cardinal doing shit at the plate. I wouldn’t expect him back for six to eight weeks. STL might be 15 under .500 by then.

I think the Orioles are like 1-20 in those hideous City Connects. Burn them. Also burn Alex Tosi, another asshole overmatched home-plate ump. The Nats didn't need the help tonight.

Gonna make the first-round exit all the more hilarious.

As a Phillies fan, I note that a lineup full of streaky hitters will look like they do sometimes, but that multi-game losing streaks also figure to be a part of the season. I still don't expect them to finish ahead of Atlanta.

Completely unshocking how close batters often come to hitting catchers in the head with those one-handed releases.

How do the Guardians keep winning these games?

David Fry game-tying homer in the bottom of the ninth. Brayan Rocchio walk-off single to win in the 10th.

    Ever heard of them?

The Angels just took 2 of 3 from the Pirates after losing 9 series in a row. They've played 12 series. This is their second series win. The first was their second series when they swept 3 in Miami. They've also played 22 road games (7 series), all in the Eastern time zone. They have not played any games against AL West teams so far.
