    There is no solution.

    Which is why you don't break it in the first place.

    Once you're in you either stay too long or go too soon.

    Or somehow both - as was the case here.

    Iraq was a horrible place before, during and doubtless will be after the war now that it's "over", as in, we're outta there. Since our political class refuses to acknowledge it led our country into a terrible mistake, we can look forward to repeating the whole catastrophe the next time some country full of people who aren't white looks at us cross-eyed.
