    Again, I blame the problem on the SEs. It's not old white men making decision. it's young white men. The cycle must stop.
    "Can't we all just get along?" doesn't work in many sports departments. That's very sad.

    boots, in some places, the hiring edicts come from a lot higher up than the SE ... something else to chew on.

    True but the practice needs to stop. Not onl that, if it comes from up top, the underlings are keeping it going. Both are at fault.
