    If the goal is to build a better Grantland with a Black twist, the selection of Jesse Washington, Danielle Cadet and Ryan Cortes is an excellent start. The goal is for the site to provide in-depth coverage, commentary and insight on sports, race and culture directed towards the African-American audience. Their work is well documented.
