I hope Mal Moore knows what he is doing.

I thought Shula was a decent college coach.

By the by, starting in 2007 Alabama is fully off of probation. Thanks for keeping us clean Mikey, now get the hell out!

    Merry Christmas,
    Most Bama Fans!

Shitfucker. I just always wanted to be that guy that posted BLOGS in a post. How was I supposed to know it was connected to a real live newspaper?

Out of curiosity, is that because you work there? Or have friends that work there?

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama fired coach Mike Shula less than
a year after the Crimson Tide finished a 10-2 season, according to
    a newspaper report.

Shula told his assistant coaches late Sunday night that Alabama
athletic director Mal Moore had dismissed him, The Tuscaloosa News
    reported on its Web site.

... If AP credits the T-News, that's good enough for me.

Somewhere, Mike Price is smiling. And maybe getting a lapdance.

Shula was overmatched, and that was plain to almost anyone who keeps up with SEC football. That said, I'm a little surprised this was done now. I figured he had at least one more year, if for no other reason than he inherited an absolute shitstorm when he took the job.

Lot of similarities to Ray Goff with him.
