Massachusetts, Michigan or Washington?

Phoenix is a helluva place to live ... if you can bear the 115-degree summers (butitreallyisadryheat) and, besides Wayne is still the hockey coach there. So there's a common bond, too.

Actually, you could choose Texas. No state taxes there. Just watch out for the state troopers. ;D

The Reds have won 3 titles in my lifetime.

    And yes, Cleveland rocks.

Yes, but, as Pink Sizzle pointed out, Cinci is actually in Kentucky. :D

That said, I may have to check this Ohio place out. If it's the birthplace of Reggie Dunlop, it can't be all bad.

Can't see the ocean from Idaho anyway, so how would you know you're pissing in the right place?

Washington born and bred, but I don't think our politics are all sorts of sorted out. I would vote Oregon or Washington though.

Even better yet, Paul Newman got kicked out of Kenyon College in Gambier, OH for being involved in a barfight.

Reg, what did ya say to him?

I told him his wife was a dyke.

I was talking about some of the cities where hockey teams have relocated.

Bill Veeck, IIRC, was also kicked out of Kenyon for some drunken college hijinks. Would have been 10-15 years ahead of Cool Hand, though. ;D

Quebec and Winnipeg are the only hockey teams to move to America. Don't forget Washington and Memphis for other sports.

I bet it involved a midget and 45s.

I didn't say exclusively Canadian, but I was limiting to hockey since it's the national sporting passion.
