Marvin Harrison's accuser dies

If Plax would have shot himself in Philly instead of New York he'd be in the clear. It's all about location, man.

 

I laughed at that... I am so going to hell...

 

"He was a very honest person who made some mistakes in his life and was in the process of moving on until he got caught up in something he didn't want to be caught up in," Gamburg said.

 

I couldn't believe the way Harrison skated on that last year--they had witnesses proving the fistfight, they had a witness who saw Harrison chasing the guy right before the shots were fired, and ballistic evidence proved the bullets came from Harrison's gun--really hard to believe that's not enough evidence to file charges.

And this just makes it fishier, especially if this makes the civil suit disappear.
