    Disgraced former Representative Mark Foley was spotted by an eagle-eyed blogger — in Austin, Texas, naturally.

    The alleged IM page-fucker was enjoying the Americana-tinged power-pop of alt-country act the Old 97’s, though there’s no word on whether the “closet drinker” imbibed any alcohol.
