Actually, it's also a comment on the hypocricy of the left. It's OK to be gay if you're a democrat, but not if you're a republican. And it's OK for a lefty to out someone who may not have wanted that, but it would be heresy if a conservative did that.

Your problem, like that of all lefties, is you think rights come from the government. They never have. Government can only take away our God-given rights. And that's why some people can be both gay and conservative. I'm guessing (and we seem to be finding out) that there are more than either of us guessed.
