    Can't argue with that. Actually.

Norm, I love you and all, hell you pretended to root for Wazzu during the Dance, but this movie kicks ass.
It is in my top five of all time.
Hands down a great flick, chick flick or not.
The way the movie is set up is great.

Oh, and IJAG, there is a ton of swearing in this movie, so it doesn't surprise me that it is choppy on regular TV.

Yeah, I forgot about some of that. But I guess the part that got me was (duh) the entire porn scenes get cut.

And they changed his writing on the poster to 'we've got small Brains"

I can't remember what his posters say (goddammit, I wish my media mail would show up sooner).
I always hated the guy that hits on Kiera Knightly. He comes off as such a wuss to me.
My favorite guy - besides Hugh Grant, of course - is the guy that hooks up with the foreign girl. When he shows up in her town attempting to speak her language, that part is fantastic.
That whole scene almost makes me cry*.

    * - Denotes: I stopped crying about a year ago and don't believe in it anymore.

I love you too, 'gola! We Serena Williams fans need to stick together.

But I am offended at your assertion I was pretending to root for Wazzu.

    That was legit!

I'm a Tony Bennett and Kyle Weaver fan from way back.

I went from loving you (you like the movie) to hating you (HE IS NOT A WUSS) to loving you (the scene with Firth is fantastic).

    I'm so torn.

I think it's important you boys all have your routines; we have ours too, and just so you know, they don't involve snipping off important body parts.
But Norm really needs to stick around until Claudia Schiffer and Denise Richards show up. He can actually thank us later.
I heart Carl, by the way. Ohhh my.

This movie is good, but it brings back bad memories of senior year in college, so I avoid it like the plague. Maybe, one day, I'll actually watch it in one sitting.

Wait. There's nudity? In the non-TV version, I mean.

The mention of Denise Richards did pique my interest.

I don't have any idea what your parenthesis mean, but he is totally a wuss. He has big balls for going after her when she is married, but at the same time that is so fucked up that he waits until she is married to go after. I mean, Jesus, his best friend marries a girl he likes and then he starts writing signs and stuff? It is OK in the movie, but God, that messes with my head. She is married to your BEST FRIEND and you do something like that? Fuck you.

Anyway, he should have gone after her earlier, or maybe thought to himself that she is happy and he needs to get over it.

Other than that part - which fucks with my previously married self - it is an awesome movie.

And you should love me for liking the part with the foreign chick - or else, I don't know how we could ever drink together.

I do love you for the part with the foreign chick. But I do also love the part with the foreign chick's dad, who's insulting his other daughter.

The part with Keira: He didn't make a move because he felt he could suffer in silence. But once she knew, he was completely exposed. So at that point, he figures what more can he lose. He doesn't expect anything of it, but it's one of those 'if I don't do it, who knows?' kind of deals.
