Why is this piece of shit not in jail? He killed someone while drving with a .14 BAC he should be held without bail until trial. And why hasn't a 2007 case come to court yet?
If they let him out again on this, the law in Florida is a fucking joke.

Read that whole story and feel your blood pressure rise.

-He had an ignition monitor-thingy on the car to keep the motor off if he was sauced.
-The thing registered alcohol four times between Sept. and Jan. In the mornings.
-He asked for it to be removed in November, saying it was "bothersome."

A very, very small part of me -- microscopic, even -- feels a little bit sorry for the guy. If you're still drinking and driving after killing someone, you obviously have a serious, serious alcohol problem.

That said, I hope they fry him.

Poor Jim. Can't eat chicken Marsala. It's hard to imagine the sacrifices he's made after a woman inconvenienced him by driving into his path after he blew through a red light at 50 mph.

    That got me, too.

Can't use a valet? Can't eat chicken Marsala?

Guess what, fucknuts? You killed someone!
