    I'll fess up.

I take it. And I'm not ashamed to admit it.

It does work. I'm sitting in a Marriott in downtown Charlotte and I'm not complaining at the moment. My personal life has sailed down the tubes at mach 700 and I'm dealing. If I weren't on it, I don't know what I'd do.

I've been on heavier anti-depressants before. If you're just taking half or one pill a day, I wouldn't think it's the end of the world. I have friends who take x amount of this, x amount of that...a whole huge cocktail. I could never go there, myself.

It...can have an effect on your sex life. Whether it's getting in the mood, getting it up or keeping it up, it can happen. There's seriously no harm in getting your doc to give you some samples of Cialis or Vitamin V.

With all that said, if you reach a point in your life where you wanna wean yourself off of them, they're not addictive. The focus and calm you feel might be addictive, but the pills themselves aren't.

  4. No shame at all...and you sound like an informed patient. What works for you, is what works for you.
