    TMZ put out the video from the elevator with Ray Rice and his fiancee (now wife):

    Naturally, the reaction has been quick and intense, but there's an important question, asked by Deadspin: Who actually saw the tape?

    If the tape had been seen by the NFL, then they erred grievously. If it hasn't, why not?
