34 from the Star-Ledger (18 from the newsroom) will be laid off today, and more will laid off from Advance's other newspapers throughout the state: http://www.poynter.org/latest-news/mediawire/200807/layoffs-at-star-ledger-other-advance-papers-in-n-j/

Andy McCullough shifts from Mets to Yankees beat (to replace Jeff Bradley) and Jorge Castillo shifts from Giants(/GA?) to Mets. Not sure what other shakeup is going on.
