Lane Kiffin is finally fired

It's been interesting seeing the different responses from Raiders who were part of the organization before the move to LA and those who played since. Pre-L.A. Raiders are behind Davis 100 percent, those who came later are more circumspect, probably because they haven't witnessed the "greatness of the Raiders."
The main problem with the organization is that there are coaches who can coach in the Raider-type of structure and there are great football coaches. Unfortunately, there are few who can do both.
