Knee Replacements

    How'd you lose the weight? I need to try that route first.

    Just lots of exercise, but the main thing is I cut out regular pop. I can count on one hand how many regular pops I have had in the time.
     
  4. My mom had both done at 72. Said the pain was hell in the first, but was expected in the second and was tolerable. Said she'd do it again in a minute. Walks 2 miles a day at age 86.

    I heard over the summer that Harold Baines was going to have some revolutionary new knee replacement procedure that was going to have him back to work in record time.

    Does anybody in Chicago know anything about this?

    Screw it then. I'm a Zero guy

    I made the first step in "the change" today (details to come). Will make the next step next week. Hopefully it will all add up to a thinner me and no new knee. We'll see. Whee! Tee hee.

    I just gots to lay off the sauce before noon.
