Yes, out of habit, mostly.

 

Yeah, my dad served in the Navy and spent time in Inchon harbor supporting the landings that eventually resulted in the taking of Seoul during the Korean War.My grandfather served in WWI, so I stand with enormous respect. I usually time it so that I go get a beer or take a piss during God Bless America.

 

I stand, but I also don't trip all over myself to declare how much more "patriotic" I am than the other person who may feel differently.

 

We know this won't distract the 49ers from winning.

 

I didn't know those things about @cranberry but didn't really need to as re: the national anthem. I would have assumed @cranberry stands because I assume he has good manners ...
