    Two championships in 61 years, which puts the Knicks behind the Celtics, Lakers, Bulls, Sixers, Pistons, Warriors and Spurs. They're a marquee franchise only if the franchise is in the middle of the XXX-rated district.

    This is one time when NY has indeed overhyped a franchise to the point of hilarity.

    And the Knicks SUCK. If they played in any other division, they'd already be finished for the season. Playing in a division with a sub-.500 winner does not make them any better.
