The Connecticut substitute teacher who had faced 40 years on a very dubious porn charge will get a new trial -- if it even goes that far.

Kudos to the media (and BLOGS!) for correcting an injustice in this case.

Who has egg on their face after this ordeal?
    1) The cops and prosecutors, whose "computer experts" were made to look like Internet novices.
    2) The Norwich Bulletin, whose editorial page led the witch hunt, even as the evidence crumbled and the case was picked apart in the national media.

I'm glad this travesty of justice has been remedied.
