I'm sure the appeal has already been filed.

So in the epic struggle of the millionaires vs. the billionaires, round one goes to the millionaires.

First they have to ask for the stay, then the appeal. It's early yet, but the owners are down one. If the Eighth Circuit doesn't grant the stay, there will be a quick settlement, because there would be no Basic Agreement, no rules, and no antitrust protection. There might be a reasonably quick settlement even if it does.

Anyone know who one of the NFL's lawyers is?

Paul Clement from the DOMA case.

I suppose that since he's a bigot, the NFL should no longer retain him.

NYT says she didn't stay her decision, so they're off to the appeals court to get a stay.

Judd is becoming a Democrat and ruling in favor of the working class. Oh my God.

Directed by Bob Clark? So is it more like Porky's or A Christmas Story?
