As expected, JRC has debuted with a bang at www.jobvent.com.

JRC doesn't have enough rankings yet to be listed among the nation's very worst companies for which to work, but amazingly enough, it has already amassed a ranking of -771 on 31 rankings, a horrifying average ranking of -24.96.

Among JobVent's 10 worst-ranked companies, the worst average ranking belongs to Cablevision, with -1630 on 79 rankings, good for an average of -20.6. If JRC had as many rankings, 1641, as United Stationers, the No. 1 company on JobVent's bottom rankings, JRC would be the worst company in the country by margin of 62%.

Browsing the JobVent ratings, you can see some other companies averaging over -20 on the scorecards, but it's safe to say with enough additional -40 rankings, JRC can rise to the top of the list. Do your part today!! :D

I was thinking of applying for these new jobs the Trentonian has listed at journalismjobs.com.

All the newspapers I saw in a cursory glance were in negative territory.

Costco was at 115 and Wal-Mart was -1280. Imagine that.

This might be of interest to some. It is JRC's stock chart over the past year:

    When the horseshit . . . goes up, up, up . . .

    And the price . . . it go down, down, down . . .

    A lovely visual.

Global media stocks in general have been weakening. We just got a "Remain calm, all is well" e-mail from the CEO, who noted our shares have plunged 30% in less than a year.

Hmm. From the chart above, it looks like JRC stock has plunged about 80% in 10 months.
