Jones' book

Discussion in 'Journalism topics only' started by Bristol Insider, Mar 12, 2007.

  1. Picked up Jones' book, "Too Far From Home." Even though I knew the story from Chris' piece in Esquire, this is a great read.

Best book I've read since "The Tender Bar."

I'll definitely pick that up. But why is Amazon offering it packaged with a book about left-handedness? Does Amazon know I'm a left-hander? Does it also know I'm not wearing pants?

    I hear that's a pretty shitty read.

The kid in the upper left corner's going to have a brainyeruism the way he's straining. Unless he's doing his impression of Elvis' last moments.

Ladies and Gentlemen ... naw, I can't do it

  11. This is a pathetic. A respected member of the board writes a hell of a book and it quickly degenerates into a joke-fest regarding a children's how-to shit book ... Give me a fuckin' break.

  12. Jones would tell you to lighten up.
