    Actually, that is true. Joe interrupted his grieving to plug his new label, Ranch Records, during a red carpet interview with CNN.

    I'm not saying he's a good guy - sounds like a real bastard. But so do a lot of parents of successful (and unsuccessful) athletes and performers. I can see a parent thinking - I don't care if 10 or 20 years down the road they write a book and say what a bastard I am. If they're getting a book deal, I'll have already gotten my cut.

    I can see that, too. And I think any parent who thinks that is a piece of shit.

    That goes against "being a good parent."
