    NHL teams also flog the draft caps. As do some Ontario Hockey League teams, in a league that conducts its draft online, not in an arena.

    In a couple of the clips Rozelle has a look on his face that says, "Damn, these fuckers are really going to be pissed when I read THIS name." He looked like he was ready to bust out laughing before he read Vick's name.

    Doesn't NFL Merchandise do draft hats for every team?
