I can't be the only person who thinks something unfortunate is coming from this. (Because of nothing more than "Congressman...leave of absence.")

Well, it's not from overwork at the office.

No. In the entertainment industry, "exhaustion" is a code word for "rehab." Not saying that's what's happening here, but pointing out that if this was another field, we'd be making that assumption pretty openly.

    "I'm tired."

"Tired of being investigated for being a fucking crook like my old man."

That's my guess. He's been gone two weeks already -- plenty of time to "rest up" if you're "exhausted".

BTW, nice of him to wait two weeks before telling the voters of his leave of absence. And, I'm sure his office wouldn't have announced it if people hadn't asked about it.

It's very exhausting to keep a wife and a mistress happy.

If he were to take a medical leave of absence, it would be to go out and try to find a spine.

    I'm tired,
    Tired of playing the game,
    Ain't it a friggin' shame,
    I'm so ... tired
