    Uhh, no.

    Edwards was the favorite in Iowa. Obama wasn't even in the picture until he won there. And had he lost, he'd have been home before Super Tuesday.

    No Dems knew of Obama before Iowa? Yeah, Richardson got Soooo much more coverage than Obama and Hillary pre-Iowa.

    Edwards, another Senator, had traction b/c of his failed 2004 run and his 2 countries message. But, I maintain the media, and voters, never gave the most qualified candidate equal attention.

    Obama - 1 term sen, Edwards - 1 term Sen. - Hillary - last name Clinton.
