Jeremy Shockey

I was about to question how any NFL team would give up a second-round pick for an overpaid pain in the ass like Shockey, but nothing is too stupid for the Raiders to do.

But barring more Al Davis lunacy, he's just not worth that kind of value any more, not the way NFL teams hoard their high draft picks.

 

The Redskins would do it, if they didn't have Cooley. Of course, Snyder might do it anyway. Anything is possible with him. Though, I'd prefer to have Cooley.

 

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Titans ($33 M under the cap) or the Rams make a run at Shockey, if he becomes available.
